The Employer is of the opinion that the Employee has the necessary qualifications, experience andAbilities to assist and benefit the Employer in the company. Employment AgreementThe Employer desires to employ the Employee, and the Employee has agreed to accept such employment upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.In consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations contained herein, the parties agree as follows:1. Job Assignment and WagesThe Employer hereby engages the Employee, and the Employee agrees to work for the Employer in the position applied for, at a starting salary of CAD $4,500 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Canadian Dollars) per month. This salary is subject to review and possible increase after six (6) months.2. Contract DurationThe duration of the contract shall be two (2) years, starting from the day of arrival in Canada, and may be renewed upon mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee.3. Probation PeriodThe Employee shall be on probation for a period of three (3) months, with full salary, starting from the first day of employment.If the Employer determines that the Employee is not qualified during probation, the Employer may either assign another suitable position (with Employee’s consent) or terminate the contract.In the case of termination, the Employer will repatriate the Employee according to Canadian labor and immigration laws. The Employee must be provided with not less than CAD $8,000 upon deportation.4. Working HoursThe Employee shall work 6 to 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.5. Holidays and LeaveThe Employee is entitled to 30 days of annual leave with pay after completing one year of service.The Employer shall also allow paid leave during official public holidays.6. OvertimeOvertime beyond 8 hours per day or work on weekends will be compensated at the rate of CAD $30 per hour, or as per local labor laws.Work performed on holidays will be compensated at the rate of CAD $30 per day, or as per local labor laws.7. AccommodationThe Employer shall provide the Employee with safe and hygienic accommodation free of charge during the contract period.8. Medical TreatmentIn the event of illness or work-related accident during the contract, the Employer shall provide all necessary medical treatment free of charge.9. Travel and TransportationThe cost of visa processing shall be shared equally between the Employer and the Employee.The Employer shall reimburse the Employee for all travel-related expenses within 6 hours of arrival at the Employer’s office or residence in Canada.The Employer shall also cover the cost of return travel when the contract ends or if the Employer terminates the contract.10. Employee Obligationsa. The Employee shall abide by all company rules and regulations.b. The Employee shall work only for the Employer at the designated worksite.c. The Employee shall not engage in unlawful activities such as protests or demonstrations.11. Biometric ProcessingApplicants are responsible for biometric identification fees, insurance documents, and recommendation letters, which will be processed through the VFS Fingerprint Verification Center in their country/region.12. Termination of Contracta. Employer Termination – If the Employer terminates the contract, one (1) month’s notice must be given, and the Employer must cover the Employee’s return travel expenses.b. Employee Resignation – If the Employee terminates the contract, one (1) month’s notice must be given, and the Employee shall bear their own return travel expenses.13. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)In the event of a natural disaster, riot, war, or other emergency:The Employer shall evacuate the Employee to a safe location.If work cannot continue, the Employer shall repatriate the Employee and cover all related expenses.14. Miscellaneousa. Any conditions not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by Canadian labor law.b. If the Employer fails to implement any agreed conditions, the Employer shall be responsible for any resulting losses to the Employee.Note: A copy of the official Agreement letter will be sent to your email if you successfully pass the interview.
